Signature Global, Tonino Lamborghini Partner for Luxury Branded Residences in Gurugram

Gurugram’s position as India’s most active luxury housing market continues to strengthen, with global brands increasingly choosing the city as their entry point. In the latest such move, Signature Global has partnered with Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury branded residential project in Sector 71, along the Southern Peripheral Road.
The development, spread across approximately 12.4 acres, will house 812 premium residences in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. Located on one of Gurugram’s fastest-growing corridors, the project reflects both the scale and ambition now defining the city’s high-end housing segment.
For Signature Global, the collaboration marks a clear step up the value chain. “We are not just building apartments; we are creating a lifestyle statement that resonates with the aspirations of the modern Indian buyer,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, positioning the project as part of a broader shift towards premium, design-led living.
India’s growing clout in branded residences
The timing of the partnership aligns with strong global momentum in branded residences. According to Savills India, the number of such projects worldwide is expected to rise from 764 in December 2024 to around 910 by the end of 2025, marking a 19% year-on-year increase.
India is steadily gaining ground within this segment. As per Knight Frank’s The Wealth Report, the country currently ranks sixth globally in branded residences, contributing close to 4% of total supply. Within India, Gurugram has emerged as the clear frontrunner, driven by rising affluence, a maturing luxury ecosystem and increasing demand for globally benchmarked living experiences.
It is this convergence of demand and positioning that underpins Tonino Lamborghini’s India entry. “Entering the Indian branded real estate market through this project is a natural expression of my vision — creating lifestyle icons defined by a bold identity, Italian design culture and uncompromising quality,” said Tonino Lamborghini.
Design as a defining differentiator
At the core of the project is the Tonino Lamborghini design philosophy, which will shape both architecture and lifestyle spaces. The brand’s intervention will extend across key elements, including the grand reception lobby and a fully curated clubhouse, under the creative direction of Angela Krieger.
The façade, too, will carry the brand’s signature design language, giving the development a distinctive visual identity in Gurugram’s evolving skyline.
For Lamborghini, the emphasis is on embedding identity into the built environment. “Every project bearing my name goes beyond architecture; it represents a way of living rooted in craftsmanship, innovation and my character,” he said, underlining the intent to move beyond superficial branding.
Built around space, light and nature
The architectural vision of the project places a strong emphasis on openness and natural integration. Residences will feature generous floor-to-floor heights, creating a sense of volume, while tower placement has been planned to maximise views of surrounding greenery.
Biophilic design principles will guide the landscaped areas, bringing nature into everyday living. This approach reflects a broader shift in buyer preferences, where quality of living is increasingly defined by light, space and environment rather than just location.
Aggarwal linked this to evolving expectations in the luxury segment, noting that the project combines Signature Global’s expertise in integrated community development with global design sensibilities.
A fully integrated lifestyle offering
At the centre of the development is a signature clubhouse designed as a comprehensive lifestyle hub. The space will include a café, fine-dining restaurant, banquet facilities and a gaming arcade, alongside a wide range of wellness amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, yoga areas, spa, sauna and salon
The intent is to create a cohesive ecosystem where hospitality, wellness and leisure are seamlessly integrated.
Lamborghini framed this as central to the project’s identity. “Our goal is to deliver an international living experience where elegance, Italian lifestyle and distinctive design come together,” he said, highlighting the experiential dimension of the development.
Southern Peripheral Road in focus
The project’s location in Sector 71 places it within the rapidly developing Southern Peripheral Road corridor, which has emerged as a key residential micro-market in Gurugram. Improved connectivity and proximity to business districts have made it a preferred destination for premium housing.
The corridor’s growth mirrors Gurugram’s broader evolution into a hub for high-end residential development, attracting both domestic and global investors.
