Signature Global Partners With Tonino Lamborghini For Rs 4,000 Crore Branded Residences Project In Gurugram

Under the partnership, Tonino Lamborghini will oversee the project’s design and lifestyle elements, while Signature Global will lead development, execution and sales.

Gurugram-based listed real estate developer, Signature Global has partnered with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Gurugram, marking Lamborghini’s entry into India’s housing market amid rising demand for luxury branded residences.

The project, located in Sector 71 on Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road, will be developed with an estimated investment of Rs 2,890 crore and is expected to generate Rs 4,000 crore in revenue, according to the company.

Spread over 12.4 acres, the development will comprise 812 premium apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations across five towers. While pricing details are yet to be announced, the project is expected to be positioned in the premium luxury segment.

The development comes at a time when branded homes are witnessing strong traction globally and in India. India currently ranks sixth globally in branded residences supply, contributing nearly 4 percent of the global stock, according to Knight Frank.

Within India, Gurugram has emerged as one of the fastest-growing markets for branded luxury residences, driven by rising high-net-worth wealth, improved infrastructure and demand for internationally benchmarked housing.

Under the partnership, Tonino Lamborghini will oversee the project’s design and lifestyle elements, while Signature Global will lead development, execution and sales.

“Our vision is to redefine urban living by bringing global design and lifestyle experiences to India. This partnership reflects the increasing maturity of India’s premium housing market and the appetite for branded residences in Gurugram,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, founder and chairman of Signature Global.

Tonino Lamborghini said the company sees India as an important luxury housing market.

“Entering the Indian branded real estate market is a natural step for us. Through this project, we aim to create a residential offering that combines Italian design identity with the aspirations of India’s evolving luxury homebuyers,” said Lamborghini.

The launch highlights the growing interest of global luxury brands in India’s real estate market, especially in premium residential hubs such as Gurugram, where developers are increasingly using brand partnerships to differentiate projects and attract affluent buyers.
