Signature Global To Invest ₹2,891 Crore In Gurugram Project; Partners With Tonino Lamborghini
Signature Global has entered into a brand licensing agreement with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium residential project in Gurugram with an estimated GDV of ₹4,000 crore. The project will span over 12.4 acres and comprise 812 units, marking the brand’s entry into India’s housing market.
Signature Global (India) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a residential project in sector 71, Gurugram, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹4,000 crore.
The project, spread across approximately 12.4 acres along Southern Peripheral Road, will comprise 812 residential units in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. The estimated development cost is about ₹2,891 crore, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
The agreement has been structured as a brand licensing arrangement, under which Tonino Lamborghini will provide design inputs and lend its brand name to the project, while Signature Global will undertake development, execution and sales.
The residences will be marketed under the “Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram” branding. The Italian firm will contribute to the design of façades, amenities and common areas, including lobbies and clubhouses, where branded elements are expected to be incorporated.
The commercial terms of the agreement include a fixed fee payable in instalments, along with additional payments linked to project performance beyond a specified revenue threshold.
The collaboration also marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market, amid growing interest in branded residences driven by rising demand for globally themed housing offerings.
