Signature Global Ties Up With Tonino Lamborghini For Branded Residences Project In Gurugram
Signature Global has partnered with Tonino Lamborghini to launch a premium residential project in Gurugram, marking the Italian brand’s entry into India’s housing market. The 12.4-acre development in Sector 71 will house over 800 luxury residences, tapping into the fast-growing branded residences segment driven by rising affluence and demand for global lifestyle offerings.
Realty developer Signature Global has inked pact with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram.
This is Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market.
Spread across approximately 12.40 acres, the development will feature 812 premium residences in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations.

The branded residences segment continues to gain strong global traction, with the total number of schemes projected to grow from 764 in December 2024 to 910 by the end of 2025, marking a robust 19% year-on-year increase, according to Savills India.

Within this landscape, Gurugram has emerged as the frontrunner, leading the country’s branded residences growth on the back of rising affluence, a maturing luxury ecosystem, and increasing demand for globally benchmarked, hospitality-led living experiences.
Tonino Lamborghini joins the list of Marriott, Elie Saab, Jacob & Co and YOO, who have already announced a project in the city.
